Food safety

Everything that comes into contact with beer is tested.

Parts in contact with beer are made of stainless steel, the seals of EPDM to Regulation (EC) 1935/2004. SGS tested the seals to FDA 21 CFR 177.1210. Food safety management has been certified to ISO 22000 since 2015. SGS has tested spears, keg couplers and keg necks.
