SK certification

SK mark: tested to DIN 6650-5

The SK mark shows that a component for beverage dispensing systems has been tested to DIN 6650-5. The certificates are issued by the Testing and Certification Body for Food and Packaging of DGUV Test. The SK number is on the product: on the flange for flat spears, inside the body for Sankey spears. AOBAOSI is listed in the BGN list of SK certificates 2024.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about certificates

Where do I find the SK number on the spear?

On the flat spears A, G and M it is laser-marked on the flange, together with the logo and the date code, and reads SK 448-005. On the Sankey spears S and D it is on the inner side of the housing, and reads SK 448-002.

How long are the DGUV Test certificates valid?

Certificates NV 24813 to NV 24816 are valid from 8 July 2024 to 7 July 2029.

Is there proof of food contact compliance?

Yes, SGS test reports on spears, keg couplers and keg necks. The spear reports test the chromium content of the stainless steel and the EPDM seals to FDA 21 CFR 177.1210.
