AOBAOSI has made keg necks since 1998 and keg spears since 2000 for the A, S, D, G and M systems, plus keg couplers and the tools used to remove and overhaul spears. Since 30 September 2026 the spears have been made exclusively in the new Lishui plant. The plant is new; the experience comes from 26 years of spear manufacturing.

Spear, keg neck and keg coupler are matched to each other. All threaded spears screw into the keg neck with 2″–14 TPI to BS 84. The keg coupler fits the spear of its system.

Body, spring retainer, spring and down tube in AISI 304. Seals in EPDM at 81 ± 3 Shore A.

The year is on the seal.
The year is laser-marked into the seal and can be read from outside even when installed. At the keg you can see straight away when the seal needs replacing.

Locked when the triangle points.
After installation, one tip of the triangle must point at the line on the body. Only then is the spear secured.

What does AOBAOSI make?
Keg spears for the A, S, D, G and M systems, stainless steel keg necks and keg couplers. Since 2026 the spears have been made at the Lishui plant, the necks in Ruian, and the couplers in Ruian and Lishui, Zhejiang Province.
Are AOBAOSI products certified?
Yes. Spears and keg couplers are tested to DIN 6650-5 and carry the SK marks SK 448-002 to SK 448-005 (DGUV Test NV 24813 to NV 24816). The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
How many keg spears can AOBAOSI supply?
The Lishui plant is designed for up to 16,000 spears a day, with two fully automatic assembly lines for type A and type S.
