Brasil Brau 2026: Joint Stand with AGAVIC
Three days in São Paulo, a joint stand and plenty of conversations about the keg: at Brasil Brau 2026, AOBAOSI exhibited together with its Brazilian partner AGAVIC.
Brasil Brau is regarded as the largest trade meeting for the brewing and beverage industry in Latin America. From 9 to 11 June 2026, breweries, suppliers and dealers from all over South America met in São Paulo.
AOBAOSI was not alone: the stand was run jointly with AGAVIC, our partner in Brazil, based in Sertãozinho in the state of São Paulo. AGAVIC showed kegs and draught beer solutions, AOBAOSI the matching spears. Spears from different systems were on the counter for visitors to handle.
The draught beer market in Brazil is on the move, which makes it interesting for AOBAOSI. With a partner on the ground, advice, delivery and service are closer to the breweries. Joost Samyn, who heads international sales at AOBAOSI, was at the stand throughout the fair.
The highlight was a long working session with AGAVIC: two hours in English, Spanish and Portuguese, ending with a clear result. Both sides want to build the Brazilian market together. There were also reunions with industry colleagues we had met earlier in Guangzhou, and with companions we have known for more than ten years. As is only right in São Paulo, the fair ended with an evening in a churrascaria.
