Tour of the new Lishui factory

In three videos on LinkedIn, Joost Samyn led a tour through the new factory: from raw material to the fully assembled and tested spear.

Part 1: Hall 1. The new factory consists of two production buildings. Production begins in Hall 1: from the raw material store to the machines that form the first components from it. Everything under one roof, so quality and workflows stay in-house.

Part 2: Hall 2. This is where six fully automatic CNC lines produce most of the spear bodies, along with two automatic welding lines for the bodies and an AI-controlled warehouse for semi-finished parts.

Part 3: Electropolishing and assembly. A dedicated electropolishing line is new. The surface plays a part in determining quality in the keg. Then comes assembly in the cleanroom: alongside the manual workstations that already existed in the old factory, there are now two fully automatic assembly lines. At the end the spear comes out fully assembled and is leak-tested.
